NEXUS is not an alumni group affiliated with any specific university. For example, the leadership team of mentors combined has graduated from all the dental schools in SA.

Please restrict messages in the member groups to content, questions, and topics related to dentistry. This particularly includes any assistance you may need, questions you might have, and cases you want to share or inquire about

Please ALWAYS respect your patient’s consent to sharing photographs, radiographs, information, etc. You are always encouraged to seek help and advice on patient cases etc. Obtaining consent to share is your responsibility. Also respect your colleagues, by also respecting their respective patient(s) information and not sharing these outside the community.

Know that we are NOT an online “tele-diagnostic” service. We cannot diagnose your cases for you. Duty of care is primarily your responsibility, and the decisions you make with your patients are your own. We are simply available to help, give opinion, advice, with the LIMITED info that is provided.

NEXUS collaborates with specific industry services and suppliers. By becoming a member of NEXUS and participating in our courses, etc., you agree to receive occasional communications from industry representatives who may introduce you to their dental offers, products, and services.

NEXUS Dental is an organisation with a philanthropic focus to share knowledge, info, experience, etc. NEXUS is also a registered education company. A lot of time, effort, and expense goes into keeping NEXUS sustainable. By joining NEXUS you agree that your intention is to benefit from the services we offer and be a part of the growing community, not to seek out content and info to share directly with other organisations. Our content and community are protected and by joining you agree to the copyrights. Contravening these by sharing screenshots outside of the NEXUS groups etc. is strictly not allowed and may end your membership.
